I used to be 6’2” and 265 lbs. I was def a little chub chub. Now I’m 180-190 lb. range and I feel better. I joined martial arts in 2016 and I nearly puked the first class but just kept up with it and now I look cool. Sugar is something I need to cut out of the diet again because I lost a lot of weight that way. I don’t even touch sodas at all. Just water and tea and black coffee.

Too lazy to walk, too lazy to cook a meal that is healthy, too lazy to do anything at all. And if these people actually have kids, this lazyness is passed down to the next generation. The kid will then try to rationalise his obesity with every kind of excuse. Because it doesn't know better. It doesn't know a life that isn't dictated by lazyness.
