The point is, you're attributing the spreading of these ideals to the wrong people, and not looking at the reasons they're spread.

Russia is a third world country right now struggling to feed it citizens. They aren't having a cyberwar with the most powerful nation on the planet, and definitely not one of any effectiveness or equal ability. They don't have the capability or resources.

I wouldn't say there is an actual sharia law installed in any part of russia, rather it's some ugly mix of islamic rules adjusted to the interest of local authorities.
Another problem is that law is basically non-existent at this point. I mean, it exist but not for everyone.

If nigger kills a person in the US, he will eventually get punished. In russia, some people can get away with any crime simply due to their position. This also leads to a complete detoriation of police forces who don't give a fuck about the actual crime, because they can simply fake their stats instead and use their authority against general population.

All this combined leads to moral breakdown among population, because all lines between nominal good/bad become less and less clear.

Many right-wing westerners can't/don't want to understand that and instead prefer to believe in "le based russia meme" because it's simply easier for their NPC brains.

Because you're using that word wrong. First world referred to the United States and its allies during the Cold War. Second world referred to Russia and its allies. And third world referred to countries that were neutral or undecided. So by definition Russia is not a third world country.
