Most people on pol like the far-right Vlaams Belang (3rd party in Flanders by this poll) Everyone else refuses to cooperate with them though, 'cordon sanitaire', though there have been some cracks on local levels. The N-VA (New Flemish Alliance) is the largest party in Flanders and Belgium, they're civic nationalist conservatives. They're claiming they're the only thing holding back a socialist-green government now, and they left the previous centre-right government over the UN Migration pact, causing its collapse.

BDW certainly has a point. N-VA would never enter a coalition with Vlaams Belang, that would equal political suicide for NVA.
So he's saying that if you vote Vlaams Belang instead of N-VA, that's a wasted vote and N-VA will get less votes which will mean the lefty parties might have a chance to form a coalition without NVA.
The 30% mark will make NVA big enough to make sure they will be in the government. Any less and the leftist parties could potentially make a red-green government without NVA.

Ik ga sowieso niet akkoord met de denkwijze dat immigratie gerechtvaardigd kan worden indien het economisch rendabel is. De studies die ik heb gezien maken zelden een onderscheid tussen de soorten migranten en nemen alles op 1 hoop. Ik vermoed dat de situatie hetzelfde is als in Nederland.
Sommige studies duiden op een netto contributie aan de staatskas, volgens hen omdat migranten vaak jonger zijn en dus relatief vaker aan de slag zijn en minder pensioenkosten veroorzaken. Dat argument klopt niet omdat kutbuitenlanders gwn later hun pensioen krijgen.
