You can have some weapons designed before 1850s(?) without license. Swords, black powder guns, etc. The biggest problem is price of guns though. For average Polak it's a fucking luxury item.

Exactly. It's completely absurd that Poland doesn't have a gun culture. It's bordered by Germany and Russia. Every Polish household should have firearms. The fact that it's homogenous and has very low crime rates has nothing to do with the human right of access to weapons. Canada has some restrictions but we have a pretty good variety once you get the non-restricted license, though the restricted license (for AR15's and handguns) has a ton of limitations.
