so lets get to the 9th and 10th amendment argument cus with the NFA and welfare still in motion it will be a bitch to pull through without any counter jew-jitsu
first thing first them make them relevant enough the the libertarian party gets forgotten
Yes illegals are sinning. Like I said He uses sinners to destroy worse sinners all throughout the old testament. Doesn't mean he's happy with either. In all cases, his "servant/minister" generals are later punished for their carnality. We are also mandated to obey the laws of the land. I'm not excusing illegals. Just saying they are being raised up to destroy us because we are much worse.
so he is using goyim to kill kikes, got it. i knew He would be on our side

>You do know the interstate commerce clause is responsible for like 90% of the federal government's size beyond defense and gibs, right? No, it isn't, the interstate commerce clause is fine as it is. The problem was an abortion of a SCOTUS decision (the exact thing I am decrying) that said > a man planting wheat in his own land to feed his own livestock is participating in interstate commerce because, hadn't he planted it, he would be purchasing it in the open market and it could have been from other states See [1], Wickard v. Filburn SCOTUS decision. That's exactly why I am saying > trying to make abortion a SCOTUS case is not the correct path SCOTUS is, at the end, 9 folks in a robe deciding as they see fit and they may as well just toss common sense and everything else out of the window and produce said bullshit that, regardless of merit, become above law of the land from then on. That court was NEVER supposed to be that powerful, state courts and state legislatures used to be more than enough for many if not most cases not involving real interstate disputes or states disputing federal decisions.
Exactly. Libertarian has cucked entirely and IAP has potential to take their place. I so far haven’t met a party member who isn’t woke on everything discussed here
Nice catch, just noticed that. You'd think he'd have a staffer get it washed and ironed to at least appear like he's had it for awhile.

you're never gonna have a friendship like Trump-Abe )-;

>so lets get to the 9th and 10th amendment argument Unfortunately that would be a matter for the states and, as you can see by their behaviour in the "National vote compact" (where they pledge to give their EC votes to the winner of the national vote) many of the states are more than happy to relinquish their own power to completely federalize power
>Communists starve again They had a stint in between thanks to the Special Economic Zones (where capitalism is allowed), but it's honestly inevitable. If all your farms work the same way, then what eventually fucks over one will eventually fuck over all.
Heard Trump is coming to watch some sumo matches and hand over the trophy to the winner of the basho

Sure, I guess. All I know is this country is worse than what God has wiped out in the past. I can't think of any godly reason it should be saved.

>noticed I really like the tone of my guitar, it has more attack once it goes through the chorus pedal that is in the effects loop >"what the fuck? How can I get the tone to shine more without the chorus pedal?" >tweaking knobs intensify >finally figure out that my singal chain by the time it comes back into the amp has degraded even though all my pedals are analog true-bypass >boost volume on the mxr 10 band eq >face ripping tone >don't like the idea of the pedal doing the work >hmmm... >efx boost on back of amp >I never turned it on >turn efx boost >turn mxr eq10 volume down to neutral >dial the efx boost where I want >it's a flat response signal boost >sounds like it is missing something compared to using the mxr as a signal booster >hmmm... >cut back on the efx loop signal boost to about 70% where I had it >shape my tone on the mxr eq10 >boost volume +3db on the mxr >Eureka! so much better!
the minute dems get power they'll just leverage block grants to force states into allowing abortion. as long as this exists, the 10th amendment is dead.
James Johnson
that's why you're not God, asshole. so stop presuming to be
Wickard v. Filburn wasn't right about wheat per se at the time, but much of the modern economy now genuinely involves interstate commerce. Damn near every supply chain crosses state boundaries, if not national borders. Farming now involves interstate commerce because of mechanization and automation. Even reading your local newspaper's website might involve a routing hop across state lines depending where they're hosted.

nah kikes take the prize since they got the resiliant thread as the cockroach father Satan
i want to see how far he tries :DDDDDD

I never implied I was. I'm just reporting what the Bible teaches us. If we weren't supposed to talk about it, why do we have the great commission? You simply don't want to hear it. Repent. The first word Jesus ever said in a sermon.

As a Libertarian I support your idea that my party should be crushed and forgotten. The Libertarian Party is a corrupt tool of the Uniparty and though I agree with most of the philosophy- I am a Straight Libertarian and I think that Open Borders Libertarians are faggots and I welcome the death of my own political party and will support the Trump dynasty, and vote Republican, so long as it protects American freedom.
Nathan Butler
>it was going to happen. the curse always runs true
>simply declassifying documents detailing swamp nigger behavior qualifies as an enemies list >but the behavior itself is fine, goyim Really cogitates my coconuts.
>but much of the modern economy now genuinely involves interstate commerce No it doesn't. A man planting lettuce (let's say) in California and selling to Californians is not engaging in interstate commerce. State laws still apply but there is no interstate component to it.

McAleenan confirmed the mass catch and release effort in an exchange with Sen. Rob Portman (R-OH):
PORTMAN: So, what percent of those families who come up to the border and, again, approach your officer, ask for asylum, are being released into the community within days? MCALEENAN: 100 percent. PORTMAN: 100 percent? MCALEENAN: Yeah, and they’re not necessarily asking for asylum. They–they don’t–they don’t have to. They can go into an immigration proceeding and not have to present that case for potentially years. PORTMAN: And when they go into the community, you say can take a while. It’s over two years in Ohio, you should know, before we can have a court hearing. So, it’s over a two-year period. What’s the average around the country, do you know? MCALEENAN: The average is around two years, and in some jurisdictions even longer.

portubro the flag is fresh new on the photo see all the those lines?

The omnibus provision you're talking about was about unaccompanied minors. It's got nothing to do with this problem.

I understand that user but having his own very site to show the very same door without the flag while having a Twitter widget saying "I fly this 365 days a year" is comedy gold

>watching Japanese news stream >see footage of Trump >cuts to burger joint >first sentence I hear has "Trump" and "hamburger" in it >cuts to animations of ordering "Trump hamburgers and cheesburgers" >my sides
>listening to the ex director of the motherfucking CIA about honesty, integrity and decency And probably a particularly corrupt one at that. When did """liberals""" start trusting the lying agencies so much?
Just out of curiosity have you ever visited the US&A? If so when was the most recent visit?
Camden Bennett
>No it doesn't. A man planting lettuce (let's say) in California and selling to Californians Protip: stuff like that is a tiny, tiny fraction of the economy. Most agriculture is big farms selling nationwide.
>Just out of curiosity have you ever visited the US&A? If so when was the most recent visit? Nice try Policia Judiciaria. Next you wanna know all about my guns collection and the mysterious boating accidents that lost all of those in the ocean
>Most agriculture is big farms selling nationwide. And when it does it is interstate and any case involving this could be dealt by the federal government.
Nathaniel Murphy
good, it would be difficult since the pushing to the mainstream needs to be from out of Jow Forums till they are strong enough reason why the democratic party needs to fall like so since it will damage greatly the uniparty machine and all of the democrat tainted ideas gets thrown on doubt since no one likes siding with the major loser
Gavin Ross
After Trump won unironically. There's a graph that showed trust in the media, and when Trump took office the left's trust in the media skyrocketed.
