if you decide to leave The Facebook- remember- don't delete- trunicate and overwrite. It's very likely that the 'delete post' function does not actually delete your data. Overwriting your old posts with sensitive data in them can be done by editing and replacing the text with something else-
Better than doing nothing at all. Plus if everyone could see that you went back and truncated all of your important posts, it would be clear that you have left and don't trust Facebook with your old data. You could be a leader for your friends and send a strong message to Facebook for spying on you.
