Because firstly it's an issue with blame placing. Whites blame some blacks, some whites blame all blacks. Blacks blame some whites, some blacks blame all whites. It's all a huge mix of opinions that most of which are false.

We can and will never have a meaningful conversation about race because blacks refuse to acknowledge statistical facts (e.g. they cause more crime, etc.) and because some whites refuse to talk to them labeling them only as niggers. In addition we have some whites who manipulate black people for their own intentions and vice versa. There was no going back as soon as the slave traders were given the slaves by the blacks in Africa and brought them to this damned continent.

This isn't Reddit, spear-chucker. Go back to reading Slate articles and continuing to pretend like white people are the source of all of your problems. The end result of this mentality will only guarantee that black people continue to remain a marginalized subclass.

If the conversation is about struggling ethnic minorities? Or best performing ethnic minorities? Or if black people are claiming that a different ethnic group commits more crime and you can prove them wrong. Anything where the data is applicable and relevant to the conversation.

And list your data in such a way that isn't just "lel look at how shit blacks are". You have to be professional and academic without coming off as an autistic tryhard.

Finally, I will say this: If the Overton window shifts far enough to the left and even alluding to these issues is taboo, the only people willing to talk about them will be overt racists. This will cause a massive cognitive dissonance between the truth (and what white people are thinking) and what is being said in civilized conversations. Okay so this will be a long statement.
It does stem from a multitude of different issues. There’s the idea of the racial housing market issue, since in America, the taxes from houses correlate with the money that’s funneled into the school systems. If there aren’t any good schools then the community suffers. Some African Americans feel that even when they “make it” their money isn’t truly their own as they usually assist other family members whom have not “made it”. So they’re financial height is essentially still in a lower middle class or true middle class range. Some African Americans feel that since the government and some of whites think they are evil, well they feel like they have to give the audience what they want. Plus we started actually being “free” less than 150 years ago and majority of whites have had their freedom since the start of this country. We have a 300 year gap between your wealth accumulation and ours. However, there are more black individuals enrolling in college or technical schools. Add all the numbers for those with a bachelors degree and it’s about 31.66% of the black community. Which is a good thing but, then there’s the issue of racial discrimination in the workplace. The issue comes from the difference in hair texture (some whites believe what grows out of my head naturally is unprofessional) to the name of the employee (some just don’t want to pronounce it).
It just depends on the factors in their life that got them to this point. Maybe there wasn’t a sense of hope and free will where they grew up. Maybe they are dealing with a mom with dementia, and a brother that keeps zapping their finances. Or maybe they are a young with a career and the only real issue is how to not get killed by someone who thinks they dangerous just because of their skin color.
Tl;dr some suck ass and others just want to live in peace.
