It would be a bloodbath, and the worst catastrophe to ever happen in the 1st world. Then think of the after affects. Western world caught up in its own problems would ignore the rest of the world leading to massive and genocidal starvation in africa, the middle east, and south asia. Most countries not immediately affected (china, japan, etc) would have their economies crippled instantly, leading to insular policies overnight. Again, the 3rd world would be beyond decimated, and 50-75% of their populations would starve or die in wars for food. India and Pakistan would undoubtably wipe each other out with the west preoccupied, and the middle east and israelis would probably do the same to each other.
It would also kill any liberal politics and ideologies in all 1st world countries, and instantly sympathetic revolutions would probably kick off in a lot of 1st world countries like britain, ireland, germany, italy, greece, etc.
It would probably be the end of the modern world as we know it. The good news is in 20 years we'd probably have all kike and leftist cancer killed off for the next few hundred years, and the decline in mud populations would lead to a worldwide prosperity for a few centuries.
