Why does the Chinese love building suburbs?
Austin Peterson
Charles Baker
if feel strangely revolted by the idea of streets without sidewalks.
Hudson Stewart
Even in their staged, government approved photographs you can see the smog in the background.
Xavier Russell
They love building anything even if nobody is going to use it because it helps prop up their economy.
Jaxson Robinson
Why? There's no cars or garages either. Nobody lives in those.
Elijah Torres
The new dream... America did it!
Its China turn!
+ I think Chinese - Americans are gonna have to migrate to their motherland if shit really goes down?? So the Chinese is prepping their distant family????
Christian Thompson
this. you are basically confined to your own house and yard.
Nolan Evans
all of those houses have garages, get your eyes checked
Christian Bennett
This looks like Cities Skylines.
Jason Gomez
Looks better than western suburbs desu
Parker Butler
why have sidewalks in a dystopian maze like this?
>so I can walk to the park
what park?
>so I can walk to the grocery store
what grocery store?
>so I can walk my dog
in China...?
Gabriel Sanders
Except these houses are for the wealthiest party officials, while most people in the west can live in a far more comfortable suburb.
Robert Scott
My area doesn't have sidewalks and everyone just walks/bikes in the street
Lucas Baker
i willing to bet that if you don't have sidewalks people don't put their fences on the road. but leave some buffer.
Ethan Ortiz
Yeah I used to live in a mega suburb with tens of kilometres of sidewalk that just led around suburbia, no shops, no parks, what's the point?
Jaxon Lewis
how do you do, fellow humans?
Jordan Peterson
Imagine saying this as an American.
Jonathan Lee
They really like having front lawns, I guess?
I don't see why people hate suburbs so much. Nice and quiet with some extra room, you get a yard, and you can entertain guests because you actually have space to do so. And most of the time if you need to go to the store it's only about 15 minutes drive. What's so bad about that?
Cooper Watson
have you not seen how people drive in China?
Caleb Ross
these fucking suburbs make me so nervous
if there was a big enough house fire and the weather was right, there would be no escape. there is literally one road in or out of this entire sprawl.
Charles Martinez
>entertaining guests
yeah with all that streetside parking right?
Alexander Butler
>literally one road in or out of this entire sprawl
i see multiple roads
Cooper Ramirez
What if you don't want to own a car
Xavier Flores
>Doesn't want to own a car
But why? At least where I'm from cars are fun and you can go places, and girls aren't interested in you if you don't have one. The only people I know without cars are effeminate weirdos and jobless losers who still live with their parents well into their 40s.
Parking on the street isn't considered normal for most people?
Colton Myers
In america you need a car to live. so yes girls see it as a symbol of security, ability, etc. in cities built for people - not cars - there wouldn't be any need for a vehicle.
i have a car but i bike around for any trips i make ~5km
Nathaniel White
We want your skin. Whites existing reminds us we are try hard wannabes. Hence flooding meth and chem to your youth.
Hudson Morris
Looks better than any new housing estate in australia
Adrian Morgan
>i have a car but i bike around for any trips i make ~5km
kind of faggy to be honest
Dylan Williams
Typical american post, thank you for your service
Colton Brooks
They want to be Americans
