It tries to paint Fascism in a bad light, but it doesn't overdo it. The fact that it's not as abrasive as is normally expected is what triggers the illusion that it is "thoroughly objective documentation." As a National Socialist, I can easily see how they attempt to paint it as such a dreary affair. But I don't know how people in other camps see this documentary.
