Hey there Jow Forums, I've been thinking about the products of race-mixing for a while, and I was wondering if you could set me straight.
My main question is this: does race-mixing actually cause health problems for the offspring?
Back when I was in school, there was a girl I knew who was mixed race (half Indian half black) who spent a lot of time in hospital. Another mixed-race friend of mine (half Dutch, half Straits Chinese) told it was due to health complications from her parentage, and that the particular combination of Indian and black caused her a lot of skin problems.
I remember being shocked at the time (I always thought that any sort of human could mate with any other sort) and not being sure what to believe.
Singapore, where I live, is a pretty multiracial society and I knew a lot of Eurasians growing up who seemed perfectly fine and often attractive (a good indicator of health, I would imagine).
My own racial background is Indian (yes, yes, I'm a streetshitter, I know) but I remember being taught that India is not a nation of a single race, but many. I know for sure that my heritage is a product of a bunch of the races of the subcontinent, but I have never experienced any significant health problems myself.
I've heard of the theory of hybrid vigour before, where genetically isolated populations produce better offspring when crossbred. Is that just a jidf meme? Or is Jow Forums just autistically against it as usual?
If every single genetic ailment was a recessive gene then potentially yes. However; a lot of browner populations have genetic diseases which are dominant along with other factors like negroid facial features. Since diseases from two recessives in a macro scale in a society would turn into a rarity is more about quality of the respective gene pools.

Hybrid vigour just means that the offspring is a little better off than the expected average. So if parent 1 = 100 IQ and parent 2 = 80 IQ, the child might be around 92 IQ, a little better off than the average should be, but still worse off than an unmixed child. As for India, those many races tend to live separately and in most cases are the result of thousands of years of varied mixing between Aryans and Australoids. Some northern Indians likely won't have any Australoid blood and vice versa in the south.

Those are both incidental to the race-maxing, not caused by it. Sure, it's harder to find an organ donor, but that's because there are fewer people to source donations from. Higher chance for behaviour risks could just be a result of the environment that mixed race children grow up in, as opposed to anything inherent about the hybrid.
