Im asking this for hongkongers and singaporeans especially
As a seasoning, raw, main ingredient, etc.
The reason for the question is because I read that garlic and onion kill your brain cells, and it seems Japan, one of the top 5 in the the national average IQ global rank doesn't use garlic or onions in every day cuisine (or at all).
This is seriously worrying me because in Brazil people use garlic and onion in everything, and our national average IQ isn't exactly high, nor is our rank in PISA
Does it? Apparently the greeks used to eat onions alot and rub it on their bodies. In addition, Jow Forums also fell for the raw onion meme
I've never seen a study that it kills brain cells
Jayden Ross
>They are usually are school fags and fall under the imperession that school = high iq, thus as a whole society would be deemed intelligent. Now Brazil i mean lol its like africa 2.0, but rich white good goyim and chosen rule over you.
Ian Garcia
It's good for u don't overheat
Michael Torres
>garlic and onion kill your brain cells Sounds like a variant of the Jews shilling against onion and garlic.
They both contain phytotestosterones and can counteract s0i's phytoestrogens.
Talking for myself 1kg onions/week about 10 cloves of garlic/week No bullshit ground dried substitudes Most of it cooked Raw onion is basic ingredient for Greek salad and raw garlic for tzatziki (yogurt sauce)
I should add that she's dumb as a box o' rocks, so this maybe conforms to your theory OP
Leo Murphy
>garlic and onion kill your brain cells Where did you read such a thing? Post link. Even if it kills your brain cells, any wireless internet kills more of them, literally proven that wireless destroys human cells. Then we have chemicals in food/water, which also literally change hormones, which implies altering of cells. I think you should worry about eating healthy and living in healthy environment, not about onions being bad.
John Harris
Garlic is a strong and potent MAO inhibitor. Which reduces build-up of degenerative damage and improves motivation energy and happiness - yes garlic can be used as anti-depressant. Dopamine will remain active for longer and overall levels will rise - basically amphetamine effects. Those good ones. Not to mention anti-inflammatory, anti-fungal, anti-bacterial, pro-immune, gut biome improvement. Its hard on the liver and has to be taken in very high amounts to reap full power. However garlic ethanol extract (because an acid in garlic produces excitation of stomach and is hard on liver) gets more bang for buck. Garlic tincture is great for any and all inflammation and mood swings (mostly downwards) - I have drank it whenever I feel like going into a cold - no colds recorded since, only recently have I read about mental effects and let me tell you it works. Citing Toddummad ibn Howardi al-Betesdi "It just works as Allah intended". In Eastern Europe garlic is associated with Jews, wonder why.
Only passingly read about onion regulating estrogen thus making testosterone more pronounced. Otherwise its similar to garlic although haven't read anything about its efficacy towards neurochemicals.
Two cloves into every meal is a good balance point. Drink tincture if cold/sad. Onion to every meal its good, raw if any gut/gastric problems. Externally its also very good against any and all abrasions, fungal infections, and cuts (although it stings as fuck, boiling removed the acid but lowers power).
That's all nice and scientific, but now if you go outside, things grow and bloom, i can find 20 plants easily to eat which benefit me more than garlic or onions, people just don't use them.
Parker Morris
Btw this is wild garlic, it grows here in many places, it's much more healthy than supermarket garlic, also better. People just don't know. I pick kilograms of this.
>improves motivation energy and happiness - yes garlic can be used as anti-depressant. Nigger, you should try my not-eat-and-drive tzatziki
Wyatt Adams
Nigger I grow my own (my mommy does), or at least started to. Otherwise I get it from my family in the countryside. Also (my mommy again, I just started) I make the tincture. Isn't this "bear garlic" / "czosnek niedźwiedzi" (you probably can understand it and it should be similarly named in your tongue slav-bro). If you're gathering type (which I madly respect, also do, and know of) get some rhodiola / "różeniec górski" (I've had little luck in your parts of Karpaty there should be more).
Only worthwhile internet fitness resource. Also gib more if you have I have only this one.
Gimme dat shit (recipe). If I make my own "greek sauce" (as an umbrella term don't get mad) variations nobody can eat it, vamps burn from the galic there.
I don’t have more, I didn’t know anyone watched him. I watch him, broscience and another dude because I am stupid and idk how to good form.
William Williams
buddhists in those countries avoid garlic and onions because they are "stimulants" the brain cell stuff sounds like something some buddhist came up with because they want to justify their stupid life choices just like every other religion that has stupid diet rules. halal, kosher, eating fish on fridays, etc etc
Bentley Johnson
Oh and to add - I do gather and eat it (wild garlic). Unfortunately I don't have any info about its efficacy, its a good source of vitamins (esp. C) other than that I don't know. When I discovered it I added it to every-fucking-thing. En masse. I like the taste.
Isaiah Wright
For me, it's maybe an onion a day and half a clove of garlic. I know it's enough when it smells like garlic and onions in the shower.
Jaxon Gutierrez
All you have to do is take any garlic that starts to put up green sprouts and plant is like any other houseplant. There's a technique to it (treat is like any old bulb plant and plant it in the fall so you can harvest in the spring) but it's easy to get started.
Soon, you will have garlic better than anything in the store.
Owen Brown
Get her to add spring onions, cayenne peppers and sesame oil with ginger for more flavor. Also, death to Kalergi.
You must be joking. They use a ton of garlic here. Like whole cloves on the side sometimes.
Luis Cruz
Quit gluten foods and you won't need to add toxic garlic for your sinuses.
Isaiah Harris
Every time I go to Spain the strength of the Garlic blows me away...fucking gorgeous.
Lincoln Jackson
Yeah, bear leek is goat and covers entire forest floors, so you can pick as much as you want for your food
Xavier Long
Isn't it crazy how people are all like >ew garlic >garlic breath! but then when you lay into it while you're cooking they all start meowing like starving cats?
Kevin Wilson
as the old saying goes, garlic is to food like insanity is to art
Isaac Green
A LOT
Samuel Lopez
You must be fuckin retarded naturally in Brazil.
Caleb Edwards
I wonder what it is without blacks and Hispanics
Austin White
i eat a clove of garlic and a whole onion daily.
Henry Mitchell
>phytotestosterone literally no such things you retard. there are a few foods that can help testosterone production but there are no plant-based testosterones.
Jose Ramirez
Supermarket garlic is Chinese. Peeled garlic is peeled with Chinese prisoners , with their teeth. Then soaked in preservatives. Just FYI
Jaxon Cook
phytoestrogenes block normal estrogen so yes, men who eat plant based diets have more free testosterone, end the s o i bo i meme, its fucking retarded at this point. used to be funny but now only morons go on about it.
Angel Peterson
Exactly, I wouldn't go as far to say i don't like people who don't like Garlic...(BUT)
Xavier Perry
retard brazil eats too much red meat, processed food japan eats more vegetable, fish, poultry
Bentley Jenkins
Nice I like that
Gabriel Wilson
Meme all you want but I feel objectively worse if I run out of garlic for more than a few days. And I meant to say half a bulb per day. I just put about three cloves in my breakfast. Couple with hot pepper and you can feel it coursing through your body.
200g strained yogurt 1 small cucumber medium grated 2-3 cloves of garlic finely grated (depending on size/strenght i guess) 2-4 tbsp olive oil to taste (i know you northerners dont like oily textures) pinch of oregano pinch of salt
Pro tips let the grated cucumber sit on a towel or kitchen paper to take away the excess water add the salt directly to cucumber instead instead of dropping it on the yogurt mix add the 1 tbsp of olive oil directly to the grated garlic instead of dropping it on the yogurt mix
Optional splash of balsamic vinegar dill
Remember that with great consumption comes greatly lowered blood pressure, so dont be afraid of salting the crap out of everything else on the table to cancel out
omfg this website just turned my computer into a 24" phone what the fuck is wrong with today's youth.
Adam Ross
If T or E worked in on themselves I would say you are right. However they are mediums that attach to receptors and only then create stimuli associated with them (notwithstanding that T isn't what makes muscles go but adrogen receptors stimulation and then it has to be metabolized into 5-DHT)
DID YOU JUST ASSUME MY OIL PREFERENCES ?! ILL HAVE YOU KNOW I DRINK OLIVE OIL !! (and flaxseed oil) >1 tbsp of olive oil directly to the grated garlic This I will integrate. I add parsley (yeah I know, I just love its taste, especially with garlic and olive oil). I also forgo adding salt directly I use a sprinkle of white cheeses (those salty one but not goat one its too strong for this). >splash of balsamic vinegar This also sounds intriguing. Thanks bro.
Ethan Price

Salt on cucumber purpose is, apart from taste, to further dehydrate it, so it doesnt "sweat" later in the yogurt making the sauce texture inconsistent >t grandma science
Carter Nelson
Grandma often knows best. None of my grandma's recipes say how much of what to use or exactly how to put it together. So I have to keep notes and figure out all these one weird tricks myself until it comes out right.
Ryan Adams
>Grandma often knows best. They tend to overcook everything because in their era it wasn't safe to not do it As long it is slow cooked recipes it is good, but dont let them touch the pan
Jaxon Miller
Mohammad Ali used it daily [garlic]
Jaxon James
This is true. I usually wind up adjusting for crunchier or crispier texture and less drowning everything in sugar and lard. Makes sense for peasant food to keep you going, but now I live in luxurious first world country.
Eli Hernandez
What is correllation and causation
Angel Long
A lot of both
Joseph Collins
why the fuck are you cooking in the shower moite??
Michael Thomas
onions r gud veg who didndu nuffin
Justin Sanders
garlic and onions contain powerful antioxidants which indirectly help out your testosterone.
Aaron Price
The things you eat come out in your bodily excretions. In a nice warm shower, you'll smell it coming off your skin. I first noticed this when I started cooking for myself in college and noticed that all my friends who ate fast food constantly stank.
Carson Powell
Enough that when I cook with it, I can smell it on my wife's pussy.
Anthony Edwards
I used to love pearl onion soup. have not seen it in 40 years. not sure people make it anymore. I caught a dozen blue claw crabs a few years back and steamed them with garlic, pearl onions and olive oil and the broth was tasty.
Evan Thompson
I have really bad acid reflux so I need to avoid garlic and onions. Almost every seasoning and sauce in restaurants and pre-prepared meals seems to contain garlic and onion extract.
Andrew Rivera
Boomer take on this topic: onions & garlic are 100% based, nd good for you.
Protip: go to woods and find wild ramps, also knoen as wild leeks. (Allium tricoccum).
Juan Myers
Nexium
Grayson King
Grilled onions is a huge side dish at all Japanese BBQs and we load salads with it.
Look at France. They use garlic and onion in everything.
Eli Smith
Many.
Ayden Williams
The sex cult? What about it?
Isaiah Foster
Garlic emission also keeps ticks and mosquitoes away when outside, since most insects can't stand the smell of garlic.
Carson Jackson
Half the garlic in stores here is from China Just how fucking much do you fuckers produce that makes it all the way here in such numbers
Christopher Smith
>much more healthy than supermarket garlic
you have no proof of this
if you buy chinese, low quality garlic from a large supermarket, then you may be right
buy your garlic from local sources. at this time of the year it's everywhere. do you replace "normal' garlic in your dishes with this "wild" or "bear" garlic?
orly I'll have to experiment with that. Mosquitoes always used to flock to me like mad when I was growing up, but mom wasn't much for garlic. Curiously, the mosquito population where I live now just about up and disappeared, so I haven't had much of a chance to notice if there's any difference.
Brody Perez
>Taking a shower >Can smell onions on my hands I love it.
