He isn't smart enough to settle on core political beliefs, so he takes the route so many "I'm average IQ but I think I'm gifted) individuals take. He has a tendency to choose the absolute center of any given argument in the mistaken idea that no "extreme" can be viable, only a mix of two beliefs is an acceptable position in his mind. His values will shift to be in the center of whatever the two most widely accepted political ideologies are, no matter what. If genocidal facism and genocidal communism became popular, he would become a genocidal moderate.

He also has a problem with basing his arguments/beliefs on appeals to authority. Rather than attempting to apply critical thought to any proposed idea he just goes with whatever the (((scientific community))) supported by the (((media))) says is the correct position.

His only consistent policy position is his belief in free speech and a general opposition to censorship. I'm convinced this position of his is largely predicated on self-interest and defending righ wing and conservative voices is just a convenient strategy for him to give the appearance of neutrality.

He's good for keeping up with recent news because he makes 30 videos a day, but his political analysis and politics are essentially worthless.
