The genetic stock of the nation no longer has the capacity to carry this burden, let along advance it further. Because of the lower quality of genetic stock, and the dysgenic policies (welfare, low birth rates for whites, open borders, etc) the civilization will decline.
We very recently, with a pure white society, just barely reached this new height. Even with of homogeneous society there would be a strain to adjust. CB wealth transfers have destroyed U.S. economy. Sudden, major collapse of asset values will produce major civil unrest. Wealth gap is exploding right now and the political system in the US is at it's breaking point, and it will only get worse as time goes on.
The primary goal for China, Russia & post-US global community should be stockpiling gold, yuan backed oil contracts and de-dollarization. Currently China is balls deep in USD. IMF has been talking of replacing the global dollar as a world reserve currency. Due to indebtedness US would be reduced to third world nation status permanently. When this occurs, perhaps in 2030, the US empire will be gone; economically, militarily, politically, and in all other regards.
However, this is not the likely outcome, but a war is, judging by U.S. defense budgets.
