I lost 7kg in 4 weeks but now increased my daily calorie intake because I'm becoming too skinny. My main reason to start with keto was to reduce my blood pressure and it really helped so far. In the past I used methods like the master cleanse to lose weight to get in shape for a vacation/event etc. but keto is much more comfortable
