Regarding the Afro-Cubans, I found it fascinating how 4 million people are unable to produce anything of value. On their Wikipedia page there's only one person listed under science (an astronaut, so not even that is a genuine contribution), the others are all about entertainment, sport, and food. I researched Hispanics in the US to understand the different groups. Mexicans are the worst, but they're the majority. Cubans seem to be mostly fine. Those from Puerto Rico as well, to some degree. Those that come from White Latin American countries like Argentina are also not the worst. But all that come from Mulatto countries like Honduras are literal sheeple. Economic performance is terrible, no scientific contributions to anything but perhaps cutting fruits. And their spic values are mostly anti-American. Collectivist thinking. Tribal corruption. And their businesses often just cater to their own ethno-cultural group, so not a real contribution to the American economy (other than taxes, I mean).

Not sure whether that's genetic. They have a collectivist culture. Family/group is more important than the individual. While that produces a lot of cohesion, it's often too tight for people to innovate (break free from group consensus and expectations) and the economic incentive is destroyed by the demand to share profits with the group or hire members of the family/tribe even when less qualified than out-group fellas. The upside are the family values: marry young and have many kids. That way you colonize a country that gives you all the amazing infrastructure and protection, produced by Whites with below-replacement fertility.
Same tribal/collectivist culture in many African countries. There it's often even worse. Once someone is able to gain some resources, not just the direct family (which can count dozens of members) demands its share but the whole "extended family" (i.e. the fucking village) demands it as well. What's left? Nothing. And with this mentality they come to Europe. "Why work when it's provided by the state?" is their thinking.
The Arabs have a similar attitude. If it's there and the state can give it, work isn't necessary. It's given by Allah. That's why their countries perform so badly. Rich through oil, those profits are shared to some degree with the population through inefficient state jobs and all kinds of entitlements, but outside of that there's no real production. And that's why they perform so badly when they come to Europe. I couldn't believe it first, but that's their thinking. When the state is rich, it naturally has to share it with them. Thanks to Allah (not the European tax payer).
Asians at least have the imperative to contribute, to be useful. But individualistic Caucasians are an exceptional thing. We shouldn't lose that.

One main point, yes! It is paralysis in the end. I think the "toxicity" stems from the combination of (recessive?) collectivist genes from European stock (the Neolithic farmer portion of it) and the rather impulsive (low delayed reward) tribal core personality of the African "farmer" (I think eg. an original San bushman would produce different results when admixed). Generally, perceive culture as an expression of the population genetics ... however, they both exists in a strong feedback. Culture allows certain genotype to be marginally more competitive, do this over a few generations (if semi-isolated, not too much foreign admixture) and you will have both genotype and culture "fixed". Btw what we might see with the recent migration (if admixture is not hindered) will be a "society out of balance" ... genotypes + cultures that are at least partially incompatible will produce some "wild excursions" until at one point a new equilibrium is reached. This, exactly this is what will kill the manifest destiny ... it will set us back to square one and I dare not predict if the new equilibrium would even allow a continuation of our path.

Over the years I've found several ways to deal with such people. I did it in the past. Even in the most toxic environment, academia. Often the activists are not many, they're just loud and have not much stamina. They don't expect resistance to their blaming and shaming. Resist, and most will walk away soon (while yelling and threatening, but they move on). Those that don't, take legal action or dig in their past and discuss it in the open. If they're really annoying, you can run a dirty campaign that keeps them busy with problems they didn't know they have (don't ask, be creative).

I think the issue about the "nature vs nurture" debate is that people only look at the scale of an individual's life ... hubristic short-sightedness I say but anyway, in effect I say that at some times one factor dominates and at another time the other. But the effect can only be observed over at least a few generations. Hard to make predictions here I'd say, in the end one factor will always naturally "rage" against the confines set by the other. Like a pressure vessel full of boiling water. Chaos theory does strongly apply here.

For you, that is possible to pull off, I agree. But I am a corporate whore getting paid to work on open source software. If at all possible, that environment is more toxic than academia. For in academia there are fairly clear - and strict - rules for what you can and cannot do to a party pooper. In my own toxic environment you're just one SJW's hissy fit from your patches no longer getting accepted. And at that point my value to the company drops to a point where they will at least consider getting rid of me.
I have fought back when the activists got too uppity, mind you. And they did back off. But the fights always started way over on the kosherized side of things. Mentioning the kinds of things you mentioned, even with all the solid data behind it...that would have sounded the death knell to my career, I'm quite sure of that.
There is a reason I want to escape this so-called industry. Actually several, but this is one of them.

From my experience as an intern these developments are not good but can often be dealt with. Software development is usually a sjw free zone and if agile programming means the management sits back and let's the people that actually have a clue what they are doing decide - good. The far greater problem I saw was that the vast majority of really productive qualified workers were boomers that will retire within the next ten maybe fifteen years. The company I worked for was in a city only 20 minutes away from Hamburg and they already had trouble to find enough qualified people. "Demografischer Wandel" is no joke
