Here is my guess as an armchair historian

The south remains an agrarian society and is able to keep slavery around for a time. The rest of the western world industrializes, leaving them behind and also leaving them open to influence from other more powerful western powers, particularly Britain (especially since British intervention would have been the CSA's greatest hope at winning the war). This influence would make them basically subservient to the English and rely on them for industrial goods and weapons. Slavery would eventually die because England and France would refuse to do business with them unless they get rid of it, and after this they basically become another commonwealth territory and end up something like a more racist version of Canada.

The South never wanted to rule over the North, they just wanted to be independent. Assuming that happens, who knows what would happen if there was a different president at the time of WWI. The US population was very opposed to going to war in Europe, plus, even if they did want to go, the Germans were seen more favorably than the Brits. The UK supported the North during the civil war, so I don't think the CSA government would be too eager to help them. The biggest ethnic group in the US were Germans, so they would obviously side with Germany, plus the Irish were also a big chunk of the population and they would rather help the central powers. I believe that if there had been a CSA victory, they would have sided with the Germans, thus having Germany win the war. Either that or they wouldn't have participated in the war at all, which I think would be more likely.
Now, once we’re in the 20th century, there would probably be no counter culture and no hippy movement. Those political movements from the 60’s and 70’s we fueled mostly by the draft and the Vietnam war. Before ‘nam, some people went to college, most didn’t, but since you could avoid the draft by going to college the number of students exploded, and since they were a bunch of anti-war pussies, there you have your counter culture, so society would be drastically more conservative.
I don’t think the Vietnam war would happen because of a series of reasons. The main problem with Vietnam was the French occupation of Indo-China. If France loses in WWI, it’s very likely they wouldn’t be able to hang on to their overseas territories, Vietnam could become independent without foreign involvement (or stay in the hands of the Japanese, assuming they still invade Asia).

Going to sharecropping would have been a massive risk given how many of the Northern elite had drunk the racial equality Kool-aid. To answer the question, Mexico, and the Caribbean would be conquered, creating the "Golden Circle", thus slavery would have skyrocketed, and put a ton of wealth into the Confederacy, for how long, I don't know, Puritans of both France and England forced their nation's to have nothing to do with slave states (unlike today where we love slavery), my guess is the negroes would eventually be upgraded to servants, for political reasons, but still truly remaining as slaves even today, perhaps they would be indentured servants.
