I'd argue that EU in it's current form doesn't have 20 years at worst it'll become useless like UN and at best it'll turn into Fortress Europa. Population of Africa is going to reach 2 billion people in 2050 and if the climate change people are correct rising temperatures make large swathes of this continent unlivable increasing the numbers of migrants tenfold. Judging by the reaction of voters to much smaller waves of migration than what is expected in the future and inability of neoliberal governments to deal with it I'd expect a strong shift to the right in the coming decades.
