Why don't employers just give all their applicants IQ tests instead of doing this college shit? It would save a lot of time and money.

aptitude tests are better for most industries

It's not just about iq, it is about being able to manage time , complete tasks, and have enough responsibility to finish at least a diploma or bachelors. Then again seeing how shitty university is nowadays, getting a degree displays nothing about a persons level of responsibility.

Because the plutocratic hegemony do not want an intelligent worker. They want an efficient and compliant worker. This goes for the two main factions of the hegemony---the socialists and the capitalists. If you examine the history of modern education, you will note that it is either the Commies or the capitalists messing with human education. Read Charlotte Iserbyt's well-researched work on modern education. There are many online interviews with her, too.

The ultra rich do not want us too smart, and they still need us. And now that robotics has come so far, now that AI is getting to a more advanced stage, the hegemony will no longer have any use for us, save for fuck toys or organ donation. They want us race-mixed and dumbed down, so it will be simpler to kill us en masse.

IQ *IS *used by military to help select best place to put recruits.

They do. Under different names.

Because IQ tests don’t measure work ethic.

Carpenters don’t need to be smart, they just need to show up and work hard.

IQ and acquired knowledge are not the same. A Neolithic agrarian could have an IQ of 130 but science has not advanced enough in his time for him to know Newtonian physics.

The first step of responsibility is to choose a degree that holds any merit at all.

Neither does college.

There's no evidence college graduates possess "knowledge" that we don't.

That’s literally all it measures.
Non-STEM coursework is easy as fuck, the degree basically says you’re capable of showing up on time and following through on commitments.

I asked my manager this. He said it was against the law.
t. someone whose job is to fix all the fuckups stupid nigger employees make.

It shouldn't be an IQ test. Just a test about things the job would have them do.

I'm an autodidactic NEET I learn on my own. I have been making some progress too. Just visit /sci/ and /x/

because IQ is a pseudo science
it's made up bullshit to categorize goyims
>90 : you're basically only good for manual labor
>90-110 : you're able to think by yourself 50% of the times and you can recognize pattern around you but not enough to see the pig picture
>110-140 : if they can't buy you they'll probably destroy you because you see the big picture and the pattern of slavery is clear
also school is to destroy leadership and create societal classes

If 1 guy has a statistics degree and one does not, I'm assuming the guy with the degree knows more about stats.
Even if it's possible the other dude is a savant that learned more just from doing his own research.

Because SCOTUS shot down this brilliant idea during the civil rights era with Duke vs. Griggs

"muh disparate impact"

no, but that 130 IQ could be more easily taught to understand newtonian physics than any ~100 IQ individual today.

albert was a plagiarist kike

thats you making supposition
IQ is not inherited you work your brain like a muscle

Many implores back in the 70s did aptitude tests. Then would help pay for the new employees education in order to cultivate them for the job they fit best. This stopped because both employers and employees no longer engage in a career long commitment to each other:

you realize your response contradicts itself, right?

>IQ is not inherited you work your brain like a muscle
that's you making supposition

A good score on an iq test doesn't mean you have the skills for a particular job, retard

I know people with degrees that never showed to class on time and essentially drank and fucked their way through 4 years of blowing money. Non stem degrees are revenue for educators.

so what did he plagiarize?

This is true. I know from first hand experience.

t. "Arts and Performance" major. It's just a piece of paper.

BRING BACK APPRENTICESHIPS AND PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION, DUMB WIGGERS

Because IQ and conscientiousness have a correlation of zero.

That's a great question. Makes you think IQ tests are worthless, huh.

Because some jobs actually require an education.

This is basically what the software engineering field as defaulted to. They ask iq questions disguised as computer science questions.

dunno maybe if you explained yourself instead of thinking everyone live in your head your the reason for you to whore would be more clear
try it

Exactly. I have an amazing smart paralegal who was a high school dropout. We fired another paralegal with a college degree and paralegal degree, because she was as dumb as a rock

>Why don't employers just give all their applicants IQ tests instead of doing this college shit?
employers should simply make people themselves, using the sperm from their most talented workers. cut out the middle man altogether.

how else would you force an entire generation into debt slavery?
>GTKRWN

I thought the general consensus among scientists is that IQ does not change, unless they are wrong?

that would be racist, they would get sued etc. also its not legal most countries

>Ends up with the most autistic, socially inept candidates instead of what the job requires
Any loser can score highly on an IQ test. College (at least as it used to be) was to weed out poors who coincidentally tended to be fat, nonwhite, and lazy.

Your original post on IQ somewhat contradicts yourself because you say it is pseudo-science but it is also implented as an effective tool to ‘categorize goyims’

Also for the 110-140 category, it says ‘you can see the big picture’ thus implying that the IQ tests are correct because those with a higher IQ are the only ones capable of seeing the bigger picture

You must have gone to a shitty school.

Non-whites and Non-Asians wouldn't be able to fulfill the diversity quotas unless they started to ignore the IQ tests. Then they would get a bunch of lawsuits about whites/asians exceeding standards, yet being beaten by low IQ non-whites/non-asians. In addition, Pearson wouldn't make as much money from its $200 math textbooks that contain 500 year old information.

That's just how non stem majors are.

>job iq tests violate the 1964 civil rights act
>bans discrimination on sex, race, color, religion, or national origin
Really causes one to ponder

from my experience there is an optimal intelligence range for every task in the world. Obviously you're not going to hire a brainlet to work for an aeronautical engineering position but at the same time, higher IQ people tend to preform poorly at menial labour intensive job, aka niggerwork. Things like common workflow sense just don't seem to come naturally to the bright, they have to overthink every aspect of the job
