Ie, using Section 8 public housing vouchers to spread ghetto criminals into white areas (though to be fair, this began under George W. Bush and his HUD Secretary Alphonso Jackson). Turning public schools into anti-white killzones by banning school discipline on the basis that too many black kids were getting suspended/expelled ("disparate impact" theory).
