I think there is one pure religion and one pure deity. I believe this deity "won" in a battle, of sorts, among other deities.
In the Bible, God talks in plurals multiple times when it comes to others on the divine plan. "Let US make man in OUR image. / Have no other gods before Me."
I also believe we are not the first civilization to live on Earth. The Earth existed at the beginning of the Bible. It was dark and without form.

The scriptures we have from our oldest religions do not even dip in to 1% of our time on this planet. I will not be so naive to think that we have any real substantial knowledge on the creation of humanity.
Take what seems to be common and true among more than one religion and culture, and it'll likely be true to some extent.
There is a god in the sense that there is a prime mover in this universe. We do not and cannot know completely the nature of this mover, for they must exist outside of our universe. The nature of their existence is an even greater mystery than our own. Fractals, as above so below, simulacra... God only knows, we think.
The Great Pyramid was built by the last great civilization more than 10000 years ago. Atlantis existed. Our ancestors of this era did not all come from Africa. There are structures that date much older than anything we know still yet to be excavated and uncovered. Many of the events and figures in the legends and myths we read about were real, disregarding details that may have stretched the truth just a little. Jesus was a Scythian, and his story corrupted. Angels and Demons are beings humanity has forgotten about. Many gods are beings from even older advanced civilizations. Our timeline is full of cycles, with our complete history always forgotten by those still left on this planet. We have no idea if humanity has ever explored the stars or different dimensions. Anything is possible, but we live to struggle.
