There are tons of miracles on youtube where crippled people, by the power of baby Jesus, start to walk again after a priest performs a miracle on them.

And it does. I know a guy on my church that had his cousin with stage 3 cancer, being cured by God, when he finally saw the light and stopped going to the hospital and started going to the church. He was cured by The Holy Spirit

A lot of it is real. Some people in wheelchairs are there because of a mental block. Faith healing commonly uses hypnosis which is getting more traction in the medical community. At the very least it has a placebo effect.
