MGTOW makes more sense to me now after experiencing the dread of working under an Incompetent female President/CEO. As the VP of Finance, I not only had to do my job and explain everything to her (none of which she understands), I also had to do about 80% of her job as well. If I didn't do her work, the company would have produced a defective product because she was too stupid to realize that the product has to tested before production. She clearly felt intimidated by my superior knowledge, confidence, and leadership skills (everything she lacked). So she retaliated against me by rating me 1/5 for every category of my performance review. All of her criteria were based on "positive attitude" and other personality related non-sense. I didn't let it stop me, and in the end our shareholder's doubled their return on investment. If it was up to her, the company would have suffered a tremendous loss. I will avoid working under females in general from now on.

1.) Other males in the business are almost scared to be alone with women, out of fear of being accused of something. Participation ribbon jobs, inhabited by social media professionals, HR progressives, and other archetypal millennial workers who think they're doing something meaningful when they post about "The Women of Warcraft!!". They slow real employees down and generally just shit up the workplace.
Acti-Blizz needed to clean house. Of course the news headlines got it entirely wrong and just said they were being greedy and cutting cost in non-essential departments.
