youtube.com/watch?v=55V61ZbPoQg Footage shows clouds of smoke billowing after shelling as well as soldiers and military equipment in the liberated area. The advances reportedly came after heavy clashes with the militant enclaves in Qusabiya which serves as a strategic supply point for nearby towns. "Qusabiya is very significant and high-located," said a Syrian Army commander who added the hill town acted as a "supply point to Kafr Naboudeh and al-Habeet," and gives the Syrian forces "fire range" over al-Habeet in the Idlib province.
>BEIRUT, LEBANON (10:10 A.M.) – The Syrian Arab Army (SAA) has launched a new attack in southwestern Idlib this week, targeting the small town of Hamirat near the Hama border. >Led by the Tiger Forces, the Syrian Arab Army began this morning’s attack by storming the southern part of Hamirat. [cant post link because retarded spam filter, google it]
This is one american tradition I hoped not to get packaged with Globalization. At least the child is in good spirits, despite heavy burns. In the TV interview she was happy about all the toys she's getting in hospital.

Jow Forums only talks about meme shit, so I'll drop my high effort post here, where big brained arab intellectuals can discuss it. Note, it has fuckall to do with Syria or the war, its just an interesting correlation of a few social trends in the USA.
What caused The Great Awokening of American whites? Pictured, top to bottom: >1. Beliefs about racial inequality among white liberals (@ZachG932, @epkaufm) >2. Attitudes to immigration among white Democrats (@epkaufm) >3. Speaker disinvitation attempts on college campuses (@JonHaidt, @TheFIREorg, @HdxAcademy) >4. Google search interest for 'woke' terms (@ZachG932) >5. New York Times usage frequency for 'woke' terms (@ZachG932, @DavidRozado)
yeah but irish, italians, jews, asians etc didn't get affected by jim crow laws and redlining, which happened after slavery, like the niggers did. so this is a dumb thread, and you're unironically just resorting to the same "meme shit" you're complaining about. you can hate niggers and their culture and still acknowledge that they've been affected differently by different laws to other groups in america, while still being against reparations and special favors. anyways this has nothing to do with /sg/ like you said.
Kevin Miller
1. There were immigration and hiring laws discriminating italians, jews, irish and asians. 2. I am not passing judgement, only showing that many public opinions shifted about the same time in 2012, and asking why.
I for one am of the opinion that you make due with what human material you are given, and for historical reasons the USA is given a lot of africans. They have to make use of them, integrate and incorporate them, such that they are useful to themselves, their relatives, their community and their country, and such that they can pursue happiness to the best of their ability. I am not a hateful racist, at worst I'm an analytical "racist".
He meant that Islam, like Christianity, is absurd and gets in the way of civilization. Both have some philosophical value, and some traditional wisdom, however both should stay out of politics, science and all administrative or juridical matters.
Papaturk was a good turk.
Aaron Foster
yet none of that addresses jim crow and redlining which obviously had it effects, and different to ones which italians, irish and jews faced, and at a completely different time. and again, you're just resorting to the same "meme shit" you're complaining about funnily enough. this isn't even something that's debated by sociologists and economists really because it's just common sense. and again keep this shit in that thread now because this is /sg/ and the last thing that's needed is mutts coming in here and sperging. thanks. yeah well that's a whole other topic alltogether lol.
as long as Israel targets iranian military, Russia will not do anything about it. Iran has no means of defending themselves. The only possible response would be counter attacks, but that would be suicide. So these attacks will continue until Iran manages to acquire a defense system. Not happening soon.

>be Volga Bolgar >ride your nomadic host to the Panonian Basin/Balkans >we Bulgars nao >oh fugg, orthodox christianity and being surrounded by Slavs has turned us into Slavs as well >fugg, Ottomans will turn us into Turkic people again >we are free nao >but what are we? who are we?
You would be autistic as well.

But thats wrong, you fucking retard.
Danube Bulgaria and Volga Bulgaria share a common ancestor state - Great Old Bulgaria. So when you say the Danube Bulgars came from the Volga, you are objectively wrong. Both the Danube and Volga Bulgars came from Southern Ukraine, and before that its debatable, but either Caucasus/Iran, or Central Asia. Additionally the territory that Danube Bulgaria mostly utilized was the Danube Valley (Moesia and Wallachia), and there weren't many Slavs here. For the most part Slavs were in the Western Balkans. We got Greeks, Thracians and Dacians here. Christianity was probably in the royal family house Dulo from before the division of Old Great Bulgaria, since there were royal prisoner exchanges with Byzantium, and it was later forced down on the lords for diplomatic purposes, Christians wouldn't recognize you as a kingdom unless you were Christian too. The Ottomans didn't turn anything into anything else, they were an empire. They didn't attempt to assimilate, just integrate. All people were allowed to be whoever they want to be, and only much, much later, in the 20th century, the Young Turk government actually tried to force people to change (we were free already at the time). Basically only the Arabs, Armenians and Kurds got hit by Turkish nationalism, no other conquered people.
the analysis presented is both interesting and raises questions. you have not addressed a single element of it. rather you have resorted to some diversionary nonsense. while it may, or may not be as you say i.e. >jim crow and redlining which obviously had it effects, and different to ones which italians, irish and jews faced, and at a completely different time.. you do not explain why it is not at least similar, or provide meaningful insight into why the differences are significant. it would seem that unless you are indicating that if the experiences were reversed the outcomes would also be different, then you are simply filling space with diversionary nonsense. if that is your thesis, then you have completely failed to make it clear. tl;dr - not an argument
>i'm not going to play some silly game because you (and that bulgarian) are upset that his post (at least the first part of it, which is what i addressed) got completely btfo by me. stay salty.
The first part of my post says "popular opinion among whites has changed on this question". Its a statement of fact, observed statistically. You didn't "btfo" it, you just also stated your opinion. I'll add it to the statistic, I guess. Consider the line going up a nanometer further.
Mason Wilson
ah, ok, my bad. i didn't realize that you completely misunderstood my entire initial point. make sense now.
Adam Carter
I said "people think X more often these days". You said "I also think X".
How does your post "btfo!!!" mine? Whats wrong with you?
>got completely btfo by me. stay salty. delusional much? tell me, if it's complete btfo (is dat millenial speak?),why didf you not address all the issues, the statements of fact and the argument? >so not complete. not even partial ...
Any Russians here? American newspapers have already started with clickbait "Russians mad and in denial about the Chernobyl series! Click here to find out why are they so dumb!" I wanna hear what a based /sg/ Ruskie has to say about the situation? Does anyone even care about the series?
Christian Parker
quoted based Hitler by mistake
Lucas Wilson
RT wrote about it rt.com/news/460878-chernobyl-hbo-fake-soviet/ >'Chernobyl' is a blast of a TV series – but don’t call it ‘authentic’ >caution: you are not REALLY learning about the Soviet Union or Russia or Ukraine from Chernobyl.
Nicholas White
Why do need a russian response to a problem encountered at the end of empire and that played out in ukraine? For a response, I would look to amriika...something that played out at the peak
>Does anyone even care about the series? Yawn, no.
Brayden Hughes
>it's not authentic because people in the series sound like gangsters instead of: >party speak and frankness >people doing stuff because they're told to >others doing stuff out of patriotism wat
Those are the exact things I got from the series. Am I too familiar with the system that it colors my perception of the series? That article was pretty weak desu
