Any right leaning supporters they have are pretty insignificant to their overall sales numbers. Also, what do they care about refugees and Ausländer? The song is about sex tourism. Germans going to other places and using cheesy pickup lines on girls, then in the end a foreigner coming into Germany and trying to pick girls up without really knowing how to speak the language.
The music video focuses more on colonialism because it gives a chance to use some iconic imagery like men in khaki, meeting natives, screwing with the wildlife, then in the end race mixing. As usual, a Rammstein video which can offend both sides for different reasons, which is exactly why they did it.

Basic message is "Our country is pretty cool but has done some really messed up stuff. I can't totally love it but I'm not going to hate it either." It's a very centrist song which is what I think people need to hear right now. Realizing and accepting that history is very long and has just as many (or more) positive moments as it does negative and you can't judge something as a whole based on only one of those halves.
