The reason people seem to hate white men these days is because someone seems to wish to cause rifts between the white man and white woman.
It's the same as what happened at the end of the civil rights movement. They gave the black woman welfare to split the black family apart. But if blacks collectively realised they were being played by the system, they would have fought it. Saying white people were responsible gave them that enemy to fight as a collective.
White women feel for the bait, too. Sexual liberation showed them there was a "better life", that ultimately lead to mistery. Women can't look at themselves and admit fault, so it was easier for them to blame men.

Feminists generally position themselves in opposition to patriarchal oppression. Most of their high-ranking enemies are men, because oppressive patriarchal systems tend to lock women out of power.
Identitarians (pictured) DO generally have a strong inferiority complex regardless of colour. Nation of Islam theology claims whites were created by an ancient black mad scientist... and oppress blacks because we're inherently more clever than they are. National Socialists claimed Jews are innately better at ethnic supremacist conspiracies than Aryans are. Modern neo-Nazis try very hard to paint themselves as oppressed victims because our society won't let them engage in such traditional cultural practices as (checks notes) beating their political opponents and ovening people they don't like.
Economic leftists position themselves in opposition to capitalism. Since white-male-dominated societies have generally reserved most of the command positions for white men, that means most of the people they dislike are going to be white men.
Social leftists position themselves in opposition to conservative authoritarianism. In historically patriarchal countries, the leaders are generally men; in white countries, the leaders are generally white.
If you were in a black-controlled country everyone but the identitarians would be mostly whining about blacks. If you were in east asia everyone but the identitarians would be mostly whining about Asians.

It sort of is. E Michael Jones grew up in neighborhoods that were still ethnic and belonged to their original founders. No one in the last few generations experienced that. The only ethnic neighborhoods now are either black or latino. Since the "Irish/Italian/English/German/etc" intermarried for generations, the people that were left took to the only identity that they had as religion slowly faded away.
