a non-profit operates by accepting donations from private individuals, corporations and politicians. the money is used for staff salary and activism, hence the name. a successful non-profit would go out of business because the issue they were talking about would be fixed and people would lose interest. therefore a non-profits goal is never to actually fix anything, just talk about it and pocket the donation money. when you see a non-profit organization talking about how terrible racism is, do you think they care? of course not, they need racism to exist otherwise they lose their gravy train. so they will lie and manipulate in order to keep people believing in their cause
