desu my preferred solution would be to kill them all - use the military to do it, treat the invaders like invaders, then display their corpses on the wall. What's better? Giving them a trial which they won't show up for and putting them in the US during that time (meaning they stay in the US forever) or putting them in Mexico to 'wait for the trial', so that way they're at least deported?
