I agree with the left for the most part ... but I also think that Paul Elam is right about almost everything. I just think that Paul Elam is speaking truths that the dumb masses will never possibly accept, and so I pretend I've never heard of him most of the time.

I doubt that literal "thought crime" could ever be a thing. From what I've seen, whenever speech isn't free, people just find a way around it.
Restricting what people say in public is possible. Governments have always done this. Restricting what people whisper to one another is damn near impossible.
Also, the Orwellian concept of "facecrime" comes with ableist implications that would prevent it from ever being fully implemented.

Depends. I tend to jokingly state some of my non-pc views to people and see how they react, so in theory it's not a secret. Ironically the secret might be that I'm not as extremist as I sometimes sound.
