fasting works the best from what I've seen. The science actually supports it. You want your insulin to be low so you're not experiencing fat deposition and hunger cravings which will keep you feeling shitty and staying fat even if you eat fewer calories gross.

Try maybe doing 2 nonconsecutive days a week where you eat one small meal or some broth or something like that with as much time as possible between feeding on anything. Maybe even just eat nothing in the days. You will experience very fast weight loss.
