I Got Convicted and Now Can't Run For Office

I'm sorry Jow Forums I was going to run an anti-degenerate anti-immigration platform and I think I'd have a good chance in politics. I was going to use what I learned here to better the country but now I was convicted and have a criminal record I can never win especially with no experience. My platform was going to be based on prosecuting men who buy sex (nordic anti-prostitution model) and recrimination of weed (that's actually popular where I am). However I was caught with a prostitute and to make matters worse I was high and had weed on me which added to my conviction. I served some time and now my dream of running for politics is over.
