What is your age? To me you sound like a rather neurotic person who has difficulty relaxing and worries too much about things you can't control. Some of this anxiety will diminish as you mature and establish yourself in a position of control/authority/responsibility. Most of what you describe is largely separate from general IQ (FSIQ) and is more than likely just an outgrowth of your general personality.

If your grades are falling and you have a serious concern of failing from law school, I encourage you to talk to a psychologist/psychiatrist and try and determine if you have a learning disability. Plenty of high-functioning people with impressive IQs have learning deficiencies, and medication/therapy after proper diagnosis might help you significantly.

This number is an average of four component scores: VCI, WMI, POI, PSI. WMI (short term memory) and VCI (verbal articulation and reasoning) are superior predictors of academic success than the other two sub-scores. Most lawyers have a VCI and WMI in the top 10% of the general population (around 117 or so). Assuming that you DON'T have a learning disability, you should be plenty smart enough to become a lawyer.

You might have ADHD or depression. ADHD is typically diagnosed after a WAIS-IV/GAI (intensive IQ tests) administered, and a noticeable disparity between FSIQ and the sub-component WMI exists. Under such a circumstance, a person who seems of average ( or very high) intelligence struggles tremendously to organize mundane tasks, schedules and day routines, and frequently forgets recently studied information. ADHD can be mitigated with prescription amphetamines, proper sleep and cognitive therapy.
Depression (acute or chronic) is similarly detectable with an IQ test. A symptom of depression is abnormally low VCI when compared to FSIQ. Depression would heavily impair a person in your position since it stunts verbal reasoning and symbolic recognition.
I hope this helps you somewhat OP. I've studied IQ and learning disabilities quite a lot for a layman and am willing to answer a few more questions if you have them.

Most people who have a 10+ year track record of junior achievement AND have top 5% IQ should be more than capable of completing law school. Depends on the school. I went to a somewhat prestigious high school that offered many advanced classes on par with competitive university courses. Some of my classmates attended elite universities and claimed that their coursework actually diminished in difficulty when compared to high school.

I scored ~140 on 3 of those, then scored somewhere in the 90s on PSI (such a high divergence that my test couldn't technically be rated). In contrast to OP, I'm kind of ok with my low social skills, or at least my main issues are laziness and low motivation, coupled with me just taking a ridiculous amount of time to understand/get things right in University. I studied Maths for a year with no success, now I've been in Physics for almost a year also with little success. Similar story for me. Scored an FSIQ 139 as an eight year old on a WISC-III and then a 121 on a WAIS-IV at 23 years old (after several semesters of abject academic failure) -- my PIQ was still way up in the top 1%, but my WMI was found to be around 80. I was diagnosed with "profoundly disabling" ADHD and promptly exited university. I've worked odd jobs since.
My recommendation to you would be to find employment that you enjoy with the prospect of modest upward escalation and slowly accumulate academic knowledge via self-study. After several years of successful employment you should assess whether or not a full-time commitment to obtaining a university education would be a feasible goal for you. I find that many people with high intelligence but spotty maturity/work ethic can become entrapped by the potential success all but promised by the standard university course. Frequently these types of people end up demoralized, in debt and without much to show for it (I speak from experience here). For those with low PSI specifically? Avoid high-anxiety jobs. Consider something like technical writing, programming, engineering, etc. Replace speaking with writing whenever possible.
Concerning PSI: it's a rather elusive cognitive quantity and one I've hardly studied. Humorously, many psychometrics designated to estimate potential "conscientiousness" have actually been found to be better predictors of PSI (symbolic recognition being a noticeable example). If there is a 1 SD or greater disparity between PSI and the average of your other sub components I strongly encourage you to talk to a psychologist. A difference of that magnitude indicates a very high likelihood of learning disability that might be treatable/mitigated with proper medication/therapy.
