I can taste something in my water. Something that wasn't there before. It's obvious. I've been drinking the cleanest water in the world my whole life. If your water is 10% dirt and someone adds something to it you probably won't be able to tell. There is something in my Water. What can I do? I can't drink this. What is in my water? Can I filter this shit out?

Sorry mate, can't do that. After the third cycle it becomes too toxic to drink. Need to get actual water in somehow. Is filtered snow a good idea? It's quite abundant in my nation. I have a bottle capper and everything, I could totally bottle rainwater and snow.

It's probable the line, it usually is, you (your mom) can complain to the city and get it looked at.
And look into filters, our water being very clean doesn't mean that it always gets to you that way, lots of things can happen, especially in a region with extreme temperature swings.
It could even be your own pipes in your house.
