I hate seeing this shit at the gym. I'm honestly starting to believe Women should have never been given rights. The other day I'm at the gym with my wife. I have a 2 year degree and have one year of school left before having a 4 year degree.
I've been a part of a research project for Pulse width modulation. And I was on the Vice presidents list for having a 3,5 gpa
I also went to a trade school for Aircraft maintenance and have training for Aircraft power plants.

I was applying for internships which is suppose to be below entry level. I also applied for some entry level positions just to see if I could get my foot in the door

I got phone interviews mostly. Spoke for an hour. The interviewers all said I did well. The same with the in person interviews. I guess I just got really unlucky.

Usually when I tell a person he did well/he asks me. I have no intention of hiring him.
(Usually say that to nervous/anxious/insecure people)
If they fit the job well and it's a mostly technical thing I will still hire them but telling a person he did well doesn't mean that he did well

Experince. Most of these places don't want to hire anyone without at least 1 year experience. Which sounds crazy because all the people I know in the industry all tell me its a lot easier than what our professors tell us. Only heard of one person that got dropped into a job full force and had to figure it out himself. And he got through it.

It really comes down to HR not understanding what people can be trained on, on-the-job. And employers not wanting to train anyone whatsoever on the job(Yet the greatest generation took the time to train them)

It's not an automatic bin, but its pretty close to it.
