Solid proof? Of course not. We can't predict the weather two weeks in advance with any kind of accuracy, it gets exponentially harder the further out you go.
That said, long term trends do exist. There's been a lot of work done and a pretty clear consensus that average temperatures are rising (slowly) and it's messing with macro trends like the jetstreams and ocean currents. Those in turn are causing unusual weather worldwide. (increased droughts, extreme storms, heat waves etc) But as to which way the causation lies, and if this is historically unexceptional behavior that can and will swing back towards normal? There's a scientific consensus towards 'no this shit is fucked' but science has blown a lot of credibility lately by more or less being totally in thrall to money and power.

All that said, I personally think that anthropogenic climate change is real. That's based on a very basic understanding of the debate between scientists (who generally agree its real but often disagree on the details) and the environmentalist intuition that you shouldn't shit where you eat.
