People are really donating to this shit? Are they retarded? You can NOT be denied medical attention based on ability to pay. Therefore, she should get the treatment she requires to put her in a state where she can be transported to her home country. That will be free, since she can't afford it (US tax payers will recoup the hospital's losses.. as we always do). From there, whatever coverage she has in her shithole country should cover it.
