Nah, Texas is 42% white, whites in Texas are only 31% of births. Due to all the immigration in Texas only 28% of the student population (basically the under 18 population) is white. While Texas will turn blue eventually, it won't be for about another 15-25 years or so. Once all the old whites die and Texas goes down to less than a third white it'll be blue.
