I really hope this works out, Mexico's southern border needs stronger protection.
But I don't like the part where we take all the deportees and keep them until their legal status is clarified, especially because how slow immigration courts in the US are.
Also, i don't like that if they are rejected for refugee status in the US we might have to keep them (i sure hope Mexican authorities don't wimp out and deport them as fast as they can).
Furthermore, both countries are notably apathetic in the enforcement of immigration laws, this is not the first time an agreement like this is reached and usually neither fully keep their part of the deal.
