Truman wasn't jewish, he was an anti-communist protestant from Missouri and wanted Western Europe to be strong enough to withstand any future Soviet invasion, that meant giving billions to western Euro countries under the Marshall Plan, including Germany.

Jews didn't begin to take total hold of US foreign policy until around the time of LBJ.

That happened too. All the plans were implemented, but mostly aborted in 1947 because Stalin didn't do the same. Stalin converted eastern Germany to communism and if the fate for western germany was death or joining up with communism they would have done the latter, obviously. But they were purposely starved, famined and enslaved between 1944 and 1947.

It took decades for jews to begin to dominate American politics after the mass migration of millions of jews from Eastern Europe in the early 20th century. Most of American politics was still dominated by Anglos going into the 1960s. Then everything changed as through nepotism and ethnocentrism jews began to dominated the media, academia, government, etc pushing the 60s counterculture. race mixing, open borders, drug culture, fags, the hippe movement, Zionism, etc.

It was never implemented FDR died before the Morgenthau plan could be implemented and Truman never supported genociding the Germans or enslaving them.
