Pic is from the Iranian Embassy siege in 1980 aka Operation Nimrod. Might be biased but definitely one of the greatest counter-terrorism raids in the history of special forces. Some group of shitskins raided an embassy in London and took 26 people hostage for 6 days for their own 80 IQ reasons.
One of the hostages was executed on the sixth day and thrown out the door which was the signal for special forces to raid the embassy by Margaret Thatcher. If I remember rightly it started 27 minutes after the body of the dead hostage was pulled out of the door, 11 minutes was spent inside of the embassy where 5 out of the 6 gunmen were killed and all of the 26 hostages evacuated safely, and then there was another six minutes spent outside of the embassy to handcuff and ID all of the hostages so 17 minutes overall.
The surviving shitskin got out by posing as a hostage and he's actually out of prison today. One of the soldiers was going to carry him back in to the embassy, presumably to execute.

The only other demand that was even slightly realistic was the freeing of some random shitskin prisoners in Iran, but the Iranian government said no.
