No, Hitler was likely a pantheist. His worldview was modeled after natural laws and the struggle for existence. But he made an effort to keep his religious views obscure so that there would not be a rift between Protestants and Catholics in Germany. National Socialism's primary concern was the wellbeing of the volk and did not interfere with religion as long as religion did not try to meddle in the wellbeing of the volk. Though this dynamic would serve to dampen the power of the Church in earthly matters.
