I visited the "Body Worlds" exhibit in Los Angeles about twenty years ago. Same deal as "Real Bodies", it's human corpses cut up, posed, and preserved through a process called plastination.
We spent an hour or more in the exhibit, checking out all the different displays, and then a funny thing happened as soon as we left. I felt fine in the museum, but as soon as I passed through the exit gate, my body started to pass out. I staggered across the marble courtyard and collapsed into a chair.
It was like some sort of instant-PTSD... like I endured the trauma while I was in there, but as soon as I had safely escaped the exhibit, my mind finally crashed.
Body Worlds and Real Bodies claims to be an "educational" exhibit, but it's really just human corpses turned into sick art. It was like walking through chambers of Hell. Human beings are never meant to see those things. It's fucking nightmare fuel.
They have one which is a body arranged in thin slices, extended so you can see every single cross section (slices are from the head down, vertically). They have another which is literally just blood vessels. It looks like the outline of a human but just the blood vessels.
They were very clearly chinese people, you could tell by the eyes on some of the less-mangled ones
