How do we tie these together?
-National currency is abolished -Wall street is abolished
-All currency is based on redeemable man hour of labor, for a service industry directly, for a production industry in the value of the good that industry produces. This unit of currency will be called the Astormark, or in plural Astormarx.
Each organization produces it's own currency under Capcom. The worker collective is now represented by multiple currencies which represent the proletariat's stake in their own business. Capitalistic forces now allow those stronger businesses to increase market share (their currency of redeemable man hour is stronger than the lazier business, because they produce a better product.)
Administrators of the business are paid in redeemable man hours therefore if the collective doesn't like the job they're doing they get less. Banking will be done by credit unions typically tied to the strongest organizations as they're the most stable.
When the business scales to the level in which it is fighting for market share and needs a ceo or manager, it will naturally happen via Astormarx strengthening to where the industry has no choice other than to retain one to further growth.
The entire stock market is now communized, as it is in each worker's interest to know where their market share stands against competing businesses. The complexity of multiple currencies is easily handled by computers and phone apps for rate of exchange etc.
