I'm not a vegan, I'm a vegetarian and have greatly reduced my egg and diary consumption over the last years. I have done some research on the topic of veganism and I do plan to go fully vegan sometime in the future. I get why people wouldn't want to follow such a restrictive diet for themselves, but I do not get why anyone would get triggered by the mere existance of vegans.

It's not essential anymore in our day and age, because of supplements. And the only supplement you have to take as a vegan is B12, so one pill a day.
