It isnt a bump stock. The stock would have to reciprocate in order for it to be and function as a bump stock. That stock has springs to dampen recoil. You can bump fire this gun in the same way you would bump fire any gun. You can even tell in that video that he is holding to stock off of his shoulder in order to bump fire it.
