No long term studies have been done. We know in short term studies that testosterone increases between 150%-200% without ejaculating for 7 days before dropping again. The main thing with NoFap is of course for you to go and get real sex, which boosts testosterone when done in moderation (and by that I mean not having sex 5 times a day sort of thing).
There are however no long term studies on testosterone relating to ejaculation, so that's speculation.

You will note that these don't measure constant levels over the time period, necessarily. While 7 days gives you the largest single day boost, the 3 weeks gave larger average day boost (leading to higher average testosterone per day over the total time period)
