Of course it wasn’t always used as an ammunition store (built by the Polish army before the war) It was later converted into a crematorium and morgue, temporarily used as experimental gas chamber when they fitted gas tight doors to it, and then gutted entirely, new walls built throughout and new doorways, with office doors for a doctors office and air raid shelter (hence the flimsy doors) and then remodelled by the Soviets again after the war to “restore” it to something like the layout it had when it was used as gas chamber, but they left the office doors on...

So I suppose you can nearly forgive the deniers for being so stupid- they are hard of thinking, and have not done any historical research so you can see how they would come up with such a ridiculous idea.

The modifications to be an sir raid shelter were changing the internal walls from cavity walls to solid supporting walls for the roof, dividing it up into several small rooms (with sold walls, putting gas tight metal doors on the outside doorways, and putting blast baffle corridors on the access to those doors.
