Should some drugs be legal? Im talking about non-opioids, e.g. weed, mdma, speed, lsd. There are a ton of perfectly functional users, people you'd never expect, why make them criminals when no harm is done? Most of the fucked up junkies are on fentanyl or meth or some shit and kill themselves off anyway. Wouldn't it be better to collect taxes off drugs and lower the incarceration rates? inb4 you become degenerate, some do but they would have been degenerates anyway.

I feel like distribution/business with drugs should be illegal, but production and consumption should be legal for adults. So in other words, if an adult decides to grow some weed, or produce some other shit for his own personal use, he shouldn't be punished for that. It's their life after all.

i take mdma 2-4 times a year, solo or with a trusted friend. Preload and post load on supplements i've personally found to be helpful to me, and do doses + redose that work for me.
I do it on a friday or saturday with resting and detox after and it gives me an emotional benefit equal to a 2-3 week vacation

alcohol should be banned at the most or at the least have warnings like cigarette packs.
