I've already got a few acres in Missouri that I'm going to make into a compound. I was thinking of selling the logging rights to it but I may just clear it myself and sell the lumber as needed while having it for myself. I've also got the mineral rights. It's in the middle of no where and there are no easements so I'll have to bushwack it myself but that's not hard.
