A professor making racially intimidating statements directed specifically at whites is a violation of federal law, specifically racial intimidation in education violating Title VI of the 1964 Civil Rights Act. This professor should not be employed by SUNY or allowed on campus as he has made violent threats. He should investigated by the relevant bodies regulating employee conduct, as well as by university and/or local law enforcement due to his violent, threatening, racial statements.
